 The dorsal hump on the nose is composed of both bone and cartilage, and must be surgically shaved down in order to remove it. Exercises can only help enhance muscle tone such as lifting weights. Look for a rhinoplasty surgeon with extensive experience, since rhinoplasty is one of the most difficult procedures to perform  correctly.
