Will a breast lift/augmentation improve or worsen armpit fat?

I am considering getting a lollipop or anchor lift with implants. One concern I have, however, is it making my front bra roll or "armpit fat" look worse. Is that usually the case or can a lift improve this?

This can be easily removed with Vaser ultrasound liposuction or Smart Lipo at the time of breast surgery. A lift will have no bearing on the anterior axilla. Sometimes, implants may mask or hide the area.An exam and consultation with a plastic surgeon who performs these procedures is recommended to confirm you are a candidate as well as discuss your options and expectations.

If your "armpit fat" looks worse when you're wearing a bra, then, yes, lifting the breast position into that same position will get the same effect. Liposuction can reduce the amount of armpit fat, but it is normal to have extra skin in the armpit area as it allows mobility of your arms.
