Will a breast lift/augmentation improve or worsen armpit fat?

I am considering getting a lollipop or anchor lift with implants. One concern I have, however, is it making my front bra roll or "armpit fat" look worse. Is that usually the case or can a lift improve this?

It is difficult to say for sure what caused this wound. That area may not have gotten adequate blood flow for whatever reason which caused that small area of skin separation. Despite what caused it, it will likely heal very well with daily wound care and dressings. If your surgeon recommended...

It takes some time for swelling to abate and breast to take on their final shape and size.  I would suggest that whatever result you have at 3 months will be a close representation to the final result.

You would notice this within 1-2 days from surgery.  The nipple/areola would start to darken and scab.  It may only be partial necrosis.  If you are concerned see your plastic surgeon immediately.
