Is this OK? It has oozing and brown black coming out. Revision on scars, breast lift 3 weeks post op (Photo)

Had bad wound breakdown last year and had scar revision with external only sutures. They were removed a week ago and I have these spots that aren't attached properly with ooz. No internal sutures were used due to my breakdown last time. Non smoker. This appeared as soon as the suture was taken out. And is getting worse. I am putting on antibiotic cream.
