I recently had lipo . I'm really satisfied with my results but absolutely hate my belly. It just never got flat after surgery it's not as saggy any more but is not flat flat like I want it! I was considering a tummy tuck and a breast reduction/life My breast also got really big after pregnancy and naturally started to sag. The size is just to much for me so I also want a reduction but not by a lot. My nipples still face forward they don't point down. Not sure if that effects the procedure

(Photo) Healthy people at their ideal weight (a BMI less than 30 to reduce the risks of complications during and after surgery and to enhance results) should have the best overall recovery from a MM, but some of this will depend upon the surgical technique and adherence to postoperative protocols.
