Liposuction will remove fat, but it won't tighten the abdominal muscles that have been stretched from your pregnancy. During an abdominoplasty, the separated abdominal muscles are tightened and the excess skin is removed creating a flatter and tighter appearance. A mastopexy will tighten and lift the breast back up.
