At 3 months post op, your grafts have firmly taken root. You should soon see new regrowth. Additionally, you can return to your normal haircare regimen including medical therapy and concealers.As always, discuss your concerns with a board certified plastic surgeon (ABPS) with experience in hair restoration.

It is best to contact your doctor about post operative care and instructions since each doctor has a different regimen.  Most doctors will say using concealers are OK after surgery.

Yes feel free to use them. You are half way to seeing some good results so keep it up and hopefully don’t buy too much of a supply as you might not need the concealers soon!
