Lots of recession and two front lower teeth loosening, what are my options? (Photos)

My recession is about 2 and 3 mm on just about every tooth. Changed after hitting thirty years old. They are advanced vertically by about 2mm in respect to the others. I feel some movement and the instability is rather disconcerting. Three different opinions: pinhole surgery with possible addition of permanent retainer to lower front, Invisalign on bottom and shave teeth down to match, or grafting. Please help. Every option is pricey and I don't have funds to squander. Thank you
