I have a few questions and I was wondering how many teeth is it possible to do at a time during a gum graft? I'd like to get 4 of my uppers done (both lateral incisors and both premolars) and possibly 4-6 of my bottom teeth done (the first 4 or 6 front teeth at the bottom). I'd also like to know how it would look aesthetically. Is it possible to make it have perfect shaping like how it was normally?

Gum graft success is based on blood supply to the graft. If the graft moves around most likely it will not survive. Hopefully one time hitting the area did not cause any damage. The blood clot will fall out on its own Try to avoid brushing the site and chewing on the site until you have clear in...
Fishy smell after surgery, bad taste in the mouth could be indication of infection Usually this could be treated in early stages by taking a stronger antibiotic If left untreated and infection worsens, the graft will need to be taken out or might even slough off by itself.
