Stitches loosening after gum graft from top of my mouth to front tooth. (Photo)

So my tooth in the front on mouth was missing some gum and the doctors covered it up with gum from top of mouth it's been about 30 or so hours since surgery and I was eating a peace of Pork and felt the stitching coming lose it's not off or anything but loser is this something to be worried about or em I going to be ok if it was to come off I want the gums to heal and bond sorry for the bad photo

If you have a bad taste, swelling and pain that is getting worse then the site might be infected you need to see your surgeon Asap to rule this out and to provide you with Antibiotics if infection is present

From what you are describing, the issue is not related to gum recession but bone loss After extraction of teeth, the jaw bone resorbs (shrinks).  This bone loss is accelerated with regular use of dentures which rest of the jaw bone .....you will need to get implants to be able to stabilize y...
