Hello,I am sorry for the repetitive unsatisfactory results you have had thus far with BBLs. By looking at the images you provided it is obvious that the upper pole of your buttocks is much more prominent than it should be. Similarly, the lower pole of your buttocks doesn't project outward enough. Briefly, this can be achieved by high definition Vaser liposuction of the lower back & upper pole of your buttocks to reduce its shape with subsequent fat grafting to the lower pole to create a contour that is visually and aesthetically pleasing. Patient's whom have had previous revisions of cosmetic work do present with unique needs compared to those who haven't had any work done. A consult with a board certified plastic surgeon in person is most ideal, however, if you are unable to find a reputable PS in your area be aware that it is not uncommon to set up and initial video call/skype consult to establish contact with a PS and to determine if they are right for you to reach the goals you have in mind. Emphasis should be placed on a plastic surgeon with a proven track record of success in the area you would like work done (your buttocks). Sincerely,

Following the recommendations of your surgeon is very important. The recovery takes around 4 to 6 weeks, you must perform lymphatic drainage massages, for me more, and you can continue your normal activities, perform light exercises, then increase the routine without any problem.
