Question

My measurements are currently 42-33-43. I'd like to decrease my bust size and lipo my thighs and arms. Can that fat be used for a bbl? And how long should I wait for round 2. Wish I had gone bigger. I didn't go much larger than I currently am but didn't realize I would lose as much size in my butt as I did. I want to increase my butt and hips

You have to consider not only which areas will have perhaps the best fat, but also you have to consider which donor sites will have the fewest problems afterward with the liposuction.  In general, the abdomen and thighs are preferred. Typically, after a body contouring procedure, 50% of the swelling resolves after three weeks and 80% of the swelling resolves after six weeks.  The remainder of the swelling dissipates in the following three to six months.  Fat harvested from the thighs and/or arms can be used to contour the buttock.
