Hello! I am 32 years old, 5'5 and 120 pounds. I have hollowing in my temples and lower cheeks. I had two syringes of filler split between the two areas, but some hollowness still remains, and I would like a more permanent solution. Am I a good candidate for a facial fat transfer?

The procedure can be done in clinic and the fat is often harvested from the abdomen, inner and outer thighs, or flanks. It can be processed into smaller parts referred to as micro and nanofat. We often overinflate by 30-50% in anticipation of not all the fat surviving the transfer. The results can be quite nice. I would visit with a facial plastic surgeon to learn more but you may be a great candidate. Hope this helps!
