For the malar area, only. A subtile amount would help to give less attention to eyelids area. You are too young and hollowness degree is minimal. I wouldn’t touch that area, looks natural now

Good Afternoon! Fat transfer can be a great option for a more permanent solution. The longevity on most fat is about 5-10 years and sometimes longer. The procedure can be done in clinic and the fat is often harvested from the abdomen, inner and outer thighs, or flanks. It can be processed into smaller parts referred to as micro and nanofat. We often overinflate by 30-50% in anticipation of not all the fat surviving the transfer. The results can be quite nice. I would visit with a facial plastic surgeon to learn more but you may be a great candidate. Hope this helps!

Great posted photos! You were under treated in amounts or number of HA filler syringes. You most likely needed 4-6 syringes, fee $3,000-$4,000. Or micro/nano fat grafts approx 30-40 cc's needed, fee $4,000 under local anesthesia or with IV sedation. Best to virtual consult with….

Fat transfer is not a permanent version of fillers. The two procedures are radically different in many ways. Compared to fat grafting fillers are precise, predictable and highly forgiving. Fat transfer is the complete opposite. It is imprecise unpredictable and unforgiving.
I like fillers which is limitless and the amount of volume that can be added to any particular area grafting fat is highly dependent on what the area your augmenting is like. In order for grafting fat to be successful there has to be sufficient host tissue to support the graft. The temples for example are most likely in your case almost completely devoid of subcutaneous fat. this leaves you with virtually no tissue to graft fat in unless the graft is placed in the temporalis muscle. it’s possible to do that but most people are not looking to augment that deep.
Typically fat graft in the temple region failing miserably and giving long-term results. It is not to say it can’t be done but it is not a simple area to build up volume with grafting tissue.
In the end almost all facial aesthetic issues and young people in one way or another are related to facial bone structure which is what fundamentally creates each unique person‘s facial appearance.
Soft tissue variation has more to do with aging than inherent aesthetic attractiveness, balance or how each person looks.
Long lasting fillers like Radiesse increasing the volume is probably your best option.
Augmenting the temple region requires a lot of volume because it’s a large surface. it’s simply a big area compared to a very small area like nasolabial folds. You can talk to plastic surgeons about fat transfer. If you opt to go this route you should at least vent plastic surgeons carefully and recognizing that fat transfer is one of the most difficult procedures to do well consistently.
Everybody gets a couple of good results especially when the pictures are taken early after the procedure.
This however does not have any correlation with average results or long-term results.
To find the right provider for this or any procedure scheduled multiple in person consultations during which you should ask each provider to open up their portfolio and show you their entire collection of before and after pictures. plastic surgeons may be apprehensive to do this and may want to stick to the preselected album of pictures. seeing someone’s preselected pictures which most likely represent the best results of their career is totally insufficient to get a clear understanding of what average results look like in the hands of each provider. for a fat transfer it is also imperative to know what how long after the procedure pictures were taken. It takes six months before fat transfer results are permanent and early results can look very impressive but do not at all represent final results. make sure that after pictures were taken at least three months from the date of surgery. an experience provider should have no difficulty showing you at least .50 sense of before and after pictures for commonly performed procedures.
Highly experienced surgeons will have hundreds or even thousands.
Someone who has the skill and experience to of mastered facial fat transfer should be able to show you ample results in every area you’ve mentioned because they are not uncommon areas for facial augmentation.
Unfortunately fat transfer results are easily manipulated by simply taking pictures early after the procedure and this has a drastic ability and varying what patients believe is possible. It is not to say the procedure doesn’t work or can’t give stunning results. There are numerous cases of exceptional facial transformations using only until August fat. There are however just as many people posting on real self asking how previously grafted fat in the face can be removed.
