What type of eyelid surgery I would need for more even eyes? (Photos)

I’m a 29 year woman going on 30 here shortly and just recently started noticing how uneven my eyes are. I think it’s partly due to one eyebrow being higher than the other but wanted to hear some possible solutions from others. I’m torn between a brow lift or an upper eyelid surgery

I recommend a brow lift at the frontal hairline.  This will decrease the vertical height of the forehead, lower the hairline and pull up the eyebrows.  I do not believe you need a blepharoplasty at this time.

You could try Botox on the higher eyebrow to try to drop it down, or a brow lift procedure for the lower eyebrow to raise it up, similar to the opposite elevated side

All people have significant facial asymmetry.
We typically don’t notice it in other people because it’s normal and all people are asymmetric.
The reason your eyes are different is because the eye sockets are positioned differently on each side.
The higher eye socket will have a higher eyebrow.
All people have this type of asymmetry.
On myself, one ear sits significantly higher than the other side, which makes eyeglasses sit crooked on my face.
This is not correctable without major craniofacial facial surgery. 
If you Google facial symmetry, you may find some websites that show computer generated symmetrical faces.
It can be interesting to see how different the face looks made from two left or to right sides.
It’s also interesting to see how odd and on and unfamiliar asymmetrical face looks.
The human brain is accustomed to seeing facial asymmetry as being normal.
For this reason when we see an image of a perfectly symmetrical face, they have an odd and unfamiliar appearance.
There is no person on earth who has an asymmetrical face.
Facial aesthetics are not based on symmetry, but rather on balance.
You don’t need surgery.
