I am a 36 yr old female, im mixed but look a little Asian, i have noticed that my upper eyelid has slightly got heavy and sometimes causes a hooded eye and piece of skin that comes down especially on the right as I'm getting older. I'm noticing that it's becoming more apparent. Do I have downturned eyes? This could be the reason to why im looking more hooded. I have always assumed that I need an upper Blepharoplasty But maybe I need a Mini brow lift. I do scar quite bad and I know that The skin on the eyes is quite delicate and does heal quite well, I'm just worried that if I do them, they could be uneven and caused my eyes to look more Bulgey Than they already are. I want to make sure that they are even is it normal to ask a surgeon the exact millimetre he will be doing Per Eye? Thanks for reading

A lower blepharoplasty can be done to transpose the fat to fill out the hollows and decrease the puffy appearance. This takes about 1 hour to perform under general anesthesia and costs $4,000.
