Eyelid retraction repair - 2.5 weeks before or after Septorhinoplasty?

Can I have a surgery for Eyelid retraction repair, 2.5 weeks after Septorhinoplasty? Or 2.5 weeks before? Would this make a difference, eg would any swelling have done down enough by the time of the lid retraction procedure to avoid under correction?
