I want more tapered eyelids like an epicanthic fold. Would it be possible to obtain? (Photos)

I’m mixed and everyone in my family has epicanthic folds but me. I’ve always wanted them and I know that it can be difficult to achieve with surgery but all I keep finding online is people just saying don’t. I almost have what I want on one eye my eye lid creases are uneven on the other eye. Would it be possible to attain what I want or close to what I want without major scarring or webbing or whatever?

How about a photograph? The nature of your eyelid retraction makes a big difference. Is this upper or lower eyelid retraction? Is your surgeon trying to fix your retraction with a lateral canthoplasty? None of these surgeries are really minor surgery. A few weeks is unlikely to be sufficient....
