Will a breast lift remove or at least minimize my stretch marks?

It is difficult to say whether a breast lift would remove your stretch marks without a photo. The procedure removes excess skin, along with any stretch marks that may be on it, however if your stretch marks are extensive then a breast lift would probably not remove them all.

Unfortunately, you have not provided photographs. The technique I recommend for a lift is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation
(in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained, if not injured during your previous surgery. This will remove the stretch marks from the top of the areola down to the inframammary fold but the stretch marks above will remain. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.

it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Generally speaking, breast lift will remove stretch marks on removed portion of the skin. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

Breast lifts are not intended to remove stretch marks. However, some of it could be removed if they are in the loose skin area that will be removed with the procedure.

Surgery is limited on what it can do for stretch marks. You might want to consider a series of micro-needling to improve these.

A breast lift involves removing excess breast skin. While this will not necessarily improve your stretch marks, it will remove stretch marks on the skin that is removed (varies depending on the incision type).

Photos would be beneficial. A lift would remove some of your stretch marks and minimize others but I am speaking in a vacuum without seeing the extent of the stretched skin and its specific location.
