Will liposuction in the lower waist give the illusion of a bigger butt? (photos)

Although you don't have a ton of fat, you could add some to the buttock area to help with shape. The liposuction of the lower waist will make the butt appear bigger, but the other half of the job is from fat transfer. you have about 2 liters of fat, which is enough, 1000cc on each side. If you do want a full BBL, and to see a good difference, in your case I would do the transfer too. Otherwise later you will want it and wont have anymore fat.

Thank you for your question. To get better butt projection you can have back, love handle, banana rolls, outer thighs and waist liposuction to provide better butt contour, and also you can get a slim BBL to reshape the butt.

Yes, that is mostly correct; aggressive liposuction of flanks and waist will create illusion of larger butt. However, a small amount of fat harvested with liposuction could be used for buttock augmentation. Hope this helps. Good luck.

Removing the excess fat in the flank area does make the buttocks appear more round. I think this would be a good option for you.

Since you are very fit already, it is unlikely that the amount of liposuction done to your hips and lower abdomen are going to provide you with a significant amount of projection of your buttocks. What it may provide is in improved contour when looking from the front or the behind. When looking from the side, your unlikely to get a significant amount of increased projection simply by removing fat from the hips and lower tummy

Hi Einnie, great question! I agree that you have very little body fat. Liposuction of the lower back and flanks will give you more definition in that area. However, the difference may be subtle, especially in clothing. If you want more of a difference, you can consider having the little fat that will be liposuctioned grafted to your 'hip dips' or lateral buttocks. This will give a little more shape/definition to the buttocks.
