I had a mini liposuction on my inner back thigh with removing 100 cc from each thigh just for fat grafting and now i feel the skin is little sagging and i have a dent .. if i had fat graft in the area will my thigh return to the normal look with a good skin tone?
Answer: Fat grafting to fix liposuction Hi Reserved904932. You're right, fat grafting is a maneuver used to correct contour irregularities due to liposuction. I would wait at least a year because minor contour issues may resolve with time. The good news is that 100cc is a very small amount of liposuction, especially in the thighs, so you won't need much for correction.

CONTACT NOW Answer: Dent Your dent could probably be filled back out with a fat graft from an area with more fat or with cadaver fat.

Answer: Common complication of liposuction Contour irregularities are common complication from liposuction. Especially when you are thin, the differences in fat in the surrounding areas compared to the area that fat was removed from can become visible. Fat grafting could even those areas out however could lead to a similar problem in the different area where fat was removed if you are pretty thin. I would first allow months and months of healing before making a decision on another surgical procedure

Answer: Dent after lipo Dear Reserved904932, I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.
