Hello, I have these fatty neck bands and I am very intersted in removing. Is liposuction /kybella a option? Or would it require to have a neck lift. Thank you in advance.

Fillers are being used more frequently to contour and lift rather than solely line fill. Thank you for your question. Based on your pictures you appear to be good candidate you appear to be a good candidate for chin and neck liposuction also if you want to make your face slimmer you can also have a buccal fat removal.

I would suggest liposuction with minimally invasive skin tightening with either radiofrequency like ThermiTight or with plasma energy like Renuvion. Kybella will be disappointing.

I do not think that a neck lift is going to hope to achieve her goals at this time. Cabello works well but only in the area directly underneath the chin. I think liposuction of the neck can deathly help you achieve a slightly improved contour around the neck

Your neck burns are a little more prominent than what we normally see. It would be important to know if you’ve had any attempts of previous treatment.
Careful use a Fillers is usually more effective than Liposuction but the combination of both may give the best results.
I’m not convinced a neck lift would necessarily improve your neck bands.
A trial of careful intradermal injection of HA fillers or radiesse is worth trying.

Hi and welcome to our forum!Your neck bands are quite prominent and appear to be filled with fat. The bands themselves appear quite constrictive. The old adage "keep it simple" applies here. I would first attempt to achieve improvement with the least invasive modality, kybella injections. If there is no significant improvement, consider liposuction. If the bands continue to remain constrictive and if weight loss is not indicated, surgical release of the bands may be necessary.Visit a board certified plastic surgeon for evaluation and discussion.Best wishes...
