Is it possible to get a rhinoplasty and tonsillectomy at the same time? Probably not but I thought it's worth a try to ask. I want to have both procedures but I don't want to go under anesthesia

It all depends on the extent of the rhinoplasty. What did the surgeon see when he/she was in there? Did they do extensive septum, turbinate, and bone work? Did they do extensive tip work? Best to take the advise of your surgeon's office before starting on an exercise regimen. We usually...

I'm not aware of any major impact on rhinoplasty surgery created by any special foods. In the early post-op period- while the packing and splint are on- we usually recommend more of a soft diet without vigorous chewing.

Hi. It is impossible to determine the cause of your symptoms without a full history and examination. It may be that your issues can be addressed with a septorhinoplasty which can correct airway issues. If it is truly your sinuses then this can also be done at the same time. Regards Damien
