Is it okay to have sex one day before Rhinoplasty ??

The important thing to avoid before rhinoplasty surgery is any medication that would thin your blood. Sex should not have any impact preoperatively if you are healthy and don't have any medical conditions. I wish you a successful surgery.

I dont see why you couldnt, But i would check with your surgeon being that we all have our own opinions.

In my opinion, it would be fine to have sex a day before rhinoplasty.  I would not recommend this after the procedure for at least a few weeks, as you do not want to bump your nose in the healing period.  It is always best to check with your particular surgeon however, as he or she may feel differently.  

I personally do not see any problem with you having sexual intercourse prior to surgery. The restrictions will most likely be for after surgery. I would double check with your physician to be to on the safe side.
