Have issues with sleeping /breathing for a long time. Was told once by a nose doctor that it was very thin up there and having a nose job was help me. Now years later I developed sinus issues so will it be cheaper to kill two birds with one stone?
Answer: Functional Issues and Aesthetic Issues of Nose If you have aesthetic corrections to your nose at the same time you have functional corrections, you will save money in regard to the fee for anesthesia and the fee for the operating-room facility. To ensure the best results, I suggest you make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon who has much experience with aesthetic rhinoplasty surgery. I wish you a successful surgery.

Answer: #rhinoplasty Hi. It is impossible to determine the cause of your symptoms without a full history and examination. It may be that your issues can be addressed with a septorhinoplasty which can correct airway issues. If it is truly your sinuses then this can also be done at the same time. Regards Damien

Answer: Septorhinoplasty A plastic surgeon can evaluate you and determine what the cause of your obstruction is. It may be septal deviation vs turbinate hypertrophy vs internal or external valve collapse. Once this is determined, this correction can be planned along with any aesthetic corrections you desire.

Answer: Rhinoplasty and functional nasal surgery the When patient's have chronic sinus disease, it is usually the result of allergic nasal polyps that create chronic sinus infections. Once patients have failed medical management for the sinus infections with antibiotics and nasal sprays, then endoscopic sinus surgery can be accomplished to remove the polyps blocking the sinus drainage. A CAT scan of the paranasal sinuses is required to document any chronic sinusitis issues before performing any surgery. Chronic nasal obstruction and decreased breathing breathing can be due to a variety of issues such as a deviated septum, valve collapse, vestibular stenosis, turbinate hypertrophy and chronic sinusitis. Each one of these issues are treated differently with either medications or surgery. This is known as functional nasal surgery to improve air flow through the nose. A rhinoplasty can be performed in combination with either functional nasal surgery, or endoscopic sinus surgery. Performing cosmetic and functional nasal surgery would allow the patient to undergo one anesthetic with one recovery period.
