The simple answer to your question is yes.
The more complex part is related to how much change you seek.
In the reference photograph the tip defining points are above the level of the nostril sulcus, which is considered by many to be elegant but also fairly upturned.
This appearance softens the features and is considered by many to be attractive. It would help you to assess in a computer simulation whether this works with the rest of your features.
In addition, in the reference image the tip defining points are slightly squarer to produce this shape, which would require similar changes for you. To achieve the increased definition, the soft tissues around the nasal tip may need to be thinned slightly.The support under the tip needs to be strong so rib cartilage may be necessary.

Hello, I suggest a thorough consultation with a specialist rhinoplasty surgeon who can show you the option for you.  A better shape can be achieved with surgery and you need to discuss this with your surgeon after the examination as this will be a physical and emotional journey. You need to consider cartilage and bone condition, skin quality and evaluate risk/benefit ratio. Choose wisely your surgeon.

Your surgeon can accomplish this by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your lower nose. You may also benefit from a dorsal hump reduction.    Make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and not just a computer animation system.  You should be able to view numerous pictures of actual patients with noses similar to yours performed by your surgeon.  If you cannot find enough real before and after pictures, then consider continuing your search for a surgeon. It looks like you are a candidate for a hump removal and tip plasty procedure. While shaving the hump, the bridge will get a slightly curved line, and as for the tip, the cartilage is going to be tied together in order to make the tip smaller. Also you might need an alarplasty procedure also, but that can be discussed during an in-office consultation.

Hi, your question is a good one.  Your question is straightforward but the answer is not that easy.  We cannot create or "order up" a nose like we can for kitchens, baths etc....that being said there are options to help optimize and refine the nose.  The skin thickness and level of glandular activity is important.  IF the skin is thick and has alot of gland activity I would treat this with topicals and judicious use of light therapy.  Once the skin is optimized then an operation can be performed to refine, project and define the nose.  An operation can be performed with the closed approach as well.
