Hi, really not an option. Do not waste time and resources on something not beneficial. Electromechanical reshaping "could" ( not guaranteed either) work only on wider muscle area such as abdomen or gluteus. You only have tiny muscle fibres in the nose which you want to preserve and not make them thicker.
This will never be an option and I would never recommend it were it to become one. The nasal anatomy is very fine and delicate. You need a well trained surgeon to make any corrections. Don’t waste your time or money or nasal appearance on bogus technologies.
I do not ever same never but it certainly will not be practical in the 2020's and most probably in the decade after that.
