Had Botox 5 days ago - it's raised my eyebrows and now pulls the skin making my hooded eyes look worse! I have a habit of opening my eyes wide because I'm self conscious about my hooded eyes. See pics at complete rest, raised a little, and then raised the way I normally do them when I'm out and about. I heard about some drops that may help - do you think those drops will help my eyelids by seeing the pics? Thanks so much!

Answer: Botox pulling skin of eyelid, how can I fix this? Thank you for sharing your question and photograph. Though nothing replaces an in-person examination it appears that your forehead muscle is contributing to your upper eyelid fold when you try and elevate your right eyebrow. Now at 5 days after treatment this may correct itself once the Botox has fully matured, normally between 10-14 days but if it does not, correction will require a small amount of botox above your brow. This will hinder your ability at raising them as you typically do. See your injector for a discussion of your current results.

Answer: Raised eyebrows... The eyedrops don't work for this only for droopy eyelids. You should contact your injector and you may need a small amount of Botox above the eyebrow to bring it down. This is very common and should be able to improve with an appropriate diagnosis and treatment.Best wishes, Dr. ALDO
