Microfat/Nanoft to fix any irregularities in nose after rhinoplasty? (Photo)

Question

Im a year PO from my primary rhino & have a few irregularities. My primary doctor suggested microfat to just fill in the dent & notch. I have consulted for revision with 2 doctors & they all agree i shouldnt get a revision & should do the micro(or nano?) fat. I want to get more opinions since i hardly seen this be done. Would others recommend? What are the risks? How high are the risks? Can fat be taken from anywhere? Is the outcome i want possible?

Good Afternoon! Microfat can be useful to improve skin texture and some augmentation of minor irregularities. It can be powerful when added to temporalis fascia which acts as a reservoir and blanket to cover the areas. Microfat harvest and injections can be done in the office. The risks are low but include vascular occlusion and insufficient "take" of the fat. Fat is most often taken from the abdomen, flanks, or outer vs inner thighs. It's hard to promise perfection but these techniques are useful for improvements. Hope this helps!
