Alarplasty unnatural - is it possible to reverse it?

Hi I already know it is impossible to reverse it but is it possible to make my alars to show less? I did rhinoplasty this year and at the almost end session before my surgery, the doctor suddenly suggest doing alarplasty and I didn’t know what to think but he said it is to make my nostrils smaller and I thought it is a small difference but no my nostrils is so unnatural and it shows up so much is there a way to make it more natural? It almost look piglike and. Just very unnatural.
