A revision may be needed to give you a more aesthetic result. I would recommend further dorsal reduction to improve your dorsal aesthetic lines and get you a nice supratip break, I would also recommend alar grafts to consolidate the tip.

Hello! Thank you for your question.From the photos you provided it looks like your nose is a bit crooked from front. Your nostrils are a bit high and the tip is crooked to the right side.10 months is enough time to start seeing final results.

Hello, hope you are well. At 10 months after surgery, the shape of the nose is essentially what you see now. There is a persistent dorsal hump and it appears that the upper 1/3rd of the nose deviates to your left (the right side of the photo). There may still be some trace edema in the nose, but not really enough to account for those issues. Correcting those problems with revision rhinoplasty is relatively straightforward. Before considering other surgeons, I would suggest you revisit with your primary rhinoplasty surgeon to discuss once more. There is almost universal agreement that rhinoplasty edema resolves by 1 year, and if a revision is needed that timeframe is appropriate.
