I'm currently 4 months post op. I hit my nose hard two times after the procedure. Can I shorten the length of my tip in a revision rhinoplasty?

It's important to wait close to a year between rhinoplasty operations. After any nasal procedure, the body heals by enveloping the cartilages and everything under the skin in a thin layer of scar tissue. We need to wait for that scar tissue to soften and release its strong hold before trying to change things again. That takes about a year.
Finally, remember that rhinoplasty is an exquisitely difficult operation to get right, and you should only have surgery if you are able to make yourself very confident in your surgeon's skills. The changes that your nose needs require advanced techniques, and skill that most plastic surgeons don't possess with expertise. Hello! Thank you for your question.From the photos you shared it looks like your tip is overprojected. It is possible to shorten the tip with a revision surgery but you will most probably need cartilage from ear or rib since it is a revision.We can say something for sure after a face to face consultation.
