I had a rhinoplasty 13 months ago to refine the tip. 6 rounds of Kenalog injections later, my tip hasn't shrunk much at all but is now uneven on the underside and my nostrils are also assymmetric. I have thick skin. I'm not sure what to do next. My surgeon is recommending more steroid injections but things haven't improved much in the last few months and I don't think this is going to resolve itself through injections alone. Do I need a revision? Any advice much appreciated.
