Hello everyone, I had a two rhinoplasty. In my primary my surgeon took off too much of the bridge, which I really didn’t like. And in my revision I ask to make my nose straight by adding rib to the bridge. Over all my revision was successful and my bridge is straight. But when I look at my self I miss the little hump I had in my birth nose and I’m regretting not asking my doctor to also add some of it back. My question- is it possible to add a small hump with filler after I had rib revision?
