Will I be able to go back to 400cc mod plus from 650cc high profile without getting a lift? (Photo)

Question

My first ba I had 400cc mod plus silicone and a year later did 650cc high profile. It's been two years with the 650 and I feel top heavy and fat at times. I don't have kids yet and would like to go back to 400cc. Do you think I can do this without a lift and if I got smaller does it matter what profile I choose?

Hello,im glad you made that decision. You'll look and feel more natural and proportionate. you will also have less wear n tear/ sagging.  I suggest you change the implant size first and give your skin time to recoil. Just like pregnancy some stay stretched while others skin recoils. You can always do a lift later when you decide if you need it.  Good luck !

Good morning!Whether you need a lift will depend on your skin elasticity, etc., but I don't think you will based on the photos alone. At most I think you would benefit from the internal Bra, my strong permanent internal suturing technique which can downsize the pocket appropriately without external lift, allowing you to both downsize and maintain a nice shape at the same time without external lifting scars. As you are young with good skin elasticity chances are you can go back to the original 400cc implant. With good tissue cover we feel the profile will not be an issue either, and the mod implant might have better flow and natural blending with the breast.

Thank you for the question and pictures. Yes, it is likely that you will be able to downsize as you are planning without breast lifting. Adjustment of the breast implant capsules (capsulorraphy) will likely be necessary. Select your plastic surgeon carefully; make sure that he/she has significant experience helping patients with this type of revisionary breast surgery. Then, communicate your goals carefully as well. Thank you for your question. Based on your history and photographs, I see no reason why you would not achieve a lovely result downsizing.
