My first ba I had 400cc mod plus silicone and a year later did 650cc high profile. It's been two years with the 650 and I feel top heavy and fat at times. I don't have kids yet and would like to go back to 400cc. Do you think I can do this without a lift and if I got smaller does it matter what profile I choose?

Answer: Will I be able to go back to 400cc. As you are young with good skin elasticity chances are you can go back to the original 400cc implant. With good tissue cover we feel the profile will not be an issue either, and the mod implant might have better flow and natural blending with the breast.
