Will I be able to go back to 400cc mod plus from 650cc high profile without getting a lift? (Photo)

Hello,im glad you made that decision. You'll look and feel more natural and proportionate. you will also have less wear n tear/ sagging.  I suggest you change the implant size first and give your skin time to recoil. Just like pregnancy some stay stretched while others skin recoils. You can always do a lift later when you decide if you need it.  Good luck ! 

Thank you for the question and pictures. Yes, it is likely that you will be able to downsize as you are planning without breast lifting. Adjustment of the breast implant capsules (capsulorraphy) will likely be necessary. Select your plastic surgeon carefully; make sure that he/she has significant experience helping patients with this type of revisionary breast surgery. Then, communicate your goals carefully as well. Good morning!Whether you need a lift will depend on your skin elasticity, etc., but I don't think you will based on the photos alone. At most I think you would benefit from the internal Bra, my strong permanent internal suturing technique which can downsize the pocket appropriately without external lift, allowing you to both downsize and maintain a nice shape at the same time without external lifting scars. I I have attached a link to my breast augmentation revision photo gallery for your review- hope it helps!
