Surgical rhinoplasty procedure can correct the depressed nasal bone and improve the symmetry of your nose. It is best to consult with a facial plastic surgeon to examine you and discuss how the surgery can improve the shape of your nose.

A rhinoplasty to outfracture the nasal bone would be needed. You would need a dorsal reduction as well to release the bone from attachments there. You would also benefit from aesthetic refinement of the tip which can be done at the same time.

A side view would be helpful as well. There are many strategies to straighten a crooked nose. They all would involve breaking the bones again

Hi! There are options to improve the nasal symmetry and bony sidewall. An outfracture of the nasal bone (pushing it back out from the inside) may be all that is needed. A septoplasty may be combined if there are forces “pulling” the nose in one direction. If there is still asymmetry, I may consider adding temporalis fascia and/or micro fat to camouflage the irregularities. Hope this helps!

From the one limited photograph, it appears that you have a dorsal hump and a dislocated upper lateral cartilage off of the left nasal bone creating significant asymmetry in the nose. A rhinoplasty procedure can accomplish shaving down the dorsal hump, straightening the nasal bones, and placement of a left-sided spreader graft to reposition the left upper lateral cartilage so that your nose looks much more symmetrical. A closed rhinoplasty can accomplish this improvement with all the incisions placed on the inside of the nose. No external incisions are required.

From your photo, I note that the middle 1/3 of your nose is displaced to the right of midline (as noted with your history of previous trauma), causing distortion of the lower 1/3, involving the nasal dome and left nostril. Both nasal bones appear involved.
A rhinoplasty will straighten the nose and significantly improve facial symmetry.
Visit a board certified plastic surgeon for evaluation and discussion.
