Good question. Yes the upper bridge can be straightened a bit. Where it is over on your right it can be moved over to the left by way of high transverse and radix osteotomies. In addition septoplasty and unilateral spreader grafts will help straighten the tip and midvault respectively
Hi @giselle_____! This is an excellent question. HA dermal fillers can be dissolved with Hylenex prior to surgery. However, if there is some filler remaining, the surgeon can just move it while in surgery. I hope this was helpful.
