I'm 2yrs post op from my primary rhinoplasty and I'm not happy with the results. I originally wanted a smaller version of my nose with tip refinement, but instead I ended up with two different profiles. My right profile sticks out very prominently at an awkward angle, which gives it a fake appearance. I would like to know what could be done to fix my nose so that it somewhat resembles my old nose. I also included below what was done during my procedure as reference.

It is possible to get steroid injections on the bridge of the nose if necessary, bearing in mind that the skin is thinner in that area hence the higher risk of possible adverse effects. Your surgeon will be able to tell if it is needed or not in your case based on your examination.
This needs an in-person evaluation. There are often an assortment of reasons that patients are unhappy with their initial nose job. Revision rhinoplasty is an option to address these issues of concern.
