Hi I'm around 6 months post second rhinoplasty revision. My first revision went badly (lots of scar tissue formation and crooked) and my surgeon offered to fix it. I was hesitant to have it fixed with him but was told it is best to stay with the same surgeon. Almost 6 months post and the bridge of my nose is still very swollen with a dorsal bump. I asked my surgeon if steroid injections was an option and he claimed it was too dangerous higher on the nose. Is this true?
