The "growth" in your left nostril may be prolapsed tip cartilage that may have resulted after your nose job. We make "marginal incisions" inside the nose at the bottom margin of the tip cartilages. You may be seeing that incision with cartilage bulging through. Repairing this may be discussed with your surgeon. Hope this helps. Dr Joseph

See your doctor who did the rhinoplasty. That is either scar tissue or some cartilage that has fallen into the nose a bit. In both situations, they should be able to help you quite readily.

Thank you for your question. In all likelihood this is either scar tissue formation or cartilage. The treatment depends on which one it is. For scars, typically they can be treated with injection of medication which will help soften it. For cartilage, a small revision would need to be undertaken to reposition it.
