This growth formed inside my nose after a rhinoplasty. I did have this nostril pierced for a few weeks, a few years before the rhinoplasty, but I took it out quickly because it wasn't healing well and I decided I didn't want it. The growth is on the same side as where the nostril was pierced. How can I get rid of this? I never had it until after the rhinoplasty is when it grew. It effects my breathing a lot because it takes up like the entire nostril.

In our experience, deep alar creases from rhinoplasty may be permanently softened with microdroplet Silikon-1000 injections. If you have no breathing issues, this may be a cost effective solution without downtime. Hope this helps. Dr Joseph
