Hello, I am wondering about my course of action. My breasts I actually love since my before I have way more confidence. However when I’m on my cycle my breasts look faker? Also they sag and the profile does not look natural. What kind of revision am I looking at? I have Natrelle Inspira gummy bear. They are super soft. They look natural in everything I wear and they feel like real breasts. I just want to prepare for a revision and it’s costs.

Although you need an examination to be certain of what should be done, your capsule, or scar tissue, can be removed and new implants, probably gel, can be inserted at the same time. Gel will have much less rippling than saline.
If you have sagged, I do not recommend going with large heavy implants like 500 cc's because you can sag again, even with mesh. there are different kinds of mesh, some temporary to give support while healing, and some permanent. Permanent mesh is more foreign material in your breast.
