Breast lift with implants, 7 months post op. Are these my final results? Should I consider a revision? (photo)

I just hit 7 months post surgery . During my procedure I had about 200cc removed from each breast while they were in there . My implants are Natrelle inspira srf (high profile ) one is 450cc the other is 415cc. I wasn’t expecting so much width and fall, it’s painful to shove all the side boob in bras and hard to find one that will fit. With all the side boob it pushes my nipple out . Any revision possibilities or is this it? I thought high profile would be narrower ?
