I had a facelift. The results were less than desirable. I wanted to know if there is a way to fix my ear lobe without having another facelift. I had necrosis on the opposite side and was told that I could likely have necrosis again. Therefore, a revision facelift would probably be impossible. Thank you

Answer: Facelift Although pixie ears are common they are actually pretty simple to correct and avoid. Yours are actually not that bad but if you want your earlobes a bit more separated from your cheek it’s simple to do. I have several examples on my IG

Answer: Yes, there is another way As long as the skin under your ear isn't too tight, a V to Y advancement procedure can be used to fix your pixie ear deformity. This is a minor procedure and can be done in the office. I'd discuss this further with your surgeon or make an appointment with a local Facial Plastic Surgeon in your area.
