Am I a candidate for earlobe repair/repiercing? (Photo)

I have normal size non stretched ear piercings that are asymmetrical. The piercing on my left ear is slightly lower. My left ear is also significantly lower placed on my head. I would like to repair my left ear piercing and repierce it higher. So far I have been refused by two Drs, one saying a scar would be created that would look like a larger piercing, the other saying that a scar would be created that would go into the area I would need another piercing to look symmetrical. Thanks!
