Marginal Mandibular Injury, Facelift

I underwent a 2022 facelift (w/ fat transfer), neck lift (no lipo) by a LA triple board-certified plastic surgeon, resulting in a severe marginal mandibular injury. The drain removal on that side was excruciating. Treatments like botox, lymph massage, and hyperbaric have been unsuccessful. I’m 14-months out WITH nerve conduction but no depressor labii function. Nothing about the affected side of my face feels normal. I still experience swelling and slight numbness. Thoughts?
