Endoscopic deep plane facelift with iv sedation (Photo)

Question

Is there such a thing? I'm wanting an endoscopic or minimal scar face and necklift but seeking an iv sedation as coming from so far also want to have a breast reduction and mini tummy tuck in close succession and don't want to have generals for both. I'm 64, 5'4, 65kg have very good skin of Polynesian descent. Main facial issues are 11s, hooded eyes, slight joweling/jawline, buccal fat. C02 laser for retexturing. Neck tightening and lipo. Thanx.

Thank you for your question and sharing your photographs. Deep plane facelift and neck lift surgery can be carried out under local anaesthetic with intravenous sedation. It is a combination of procedures that is relatively well tolerated and yields good results.

In general, this is the type of surgery that is more likely to provide you with the aesthetic impact that defines the jawline and the neck contour, as well as improves the V-shape appearance of the lower face. If you have the surgeries under local anaesthetic and intravenous sedation, you will then be able to have the body surgeries in reasonably close succession with no significant change in the risks for deep vein thrombosis.

If you want a long-lasting result, you can get a very good result with a deep plane face and neck lift with a classic incision. It seems a little difficult to get good results for your neck with a minimal incision.ı also recommend to you upper blepharoplasty whıch ıs very easy procedure .

The procedure that is indicated to rejuvenate your lower face, cheeks, and neck is a deep plane facelift, and upper eyelid blepharoplasty.  You can certainly use an endoscope to assist in dissection, but since skin must be removed, its use is not beneficial or necessary.  Should you proceed, there is 100% probability that you will have facelift incisions, that are hard to find when performed by an experienced Facial Plastic Surgeon. There is no "endoscopic deep plane facelift".  Please view this as a marketing term.

Based on your concerns and the photos that you attached, I would recommend a brow lift, upper and lower blepharoplasty, CO2 laser, and deep plane facelift with buccal fat sculpting. There is no such thing as an 'endoscopic deep plane face lift', but you can still minimize the scar of a deep plane lift. Hope this helps!

The endoscopic mid face lift is much different than a deep plane facelift.  The deep plane is done using incision hidden around the ear which the endoscopic mid face lift uses a different incision pattern mostly confined to the scalp.
