Heart murmur and vsd since birth, do I need to have an Aline and it have it done in a hospital?

Yours sounds like a unique situation--baseline heart murmur and VSD (ventricular septal defect-a hole allowing communication between the right and left ventricles), and a pretty extensive preop workup prior to breast augmentation.
I would suggest reaching out to the anesthesiologist who began your procedure, to determine what he or she saw that caused them to abort the procedure. This information could be taken back to your cardiologist, to determine if/how surgery can be made more safe for you.

If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.

You need to discuss this with your surgeon and cardiologist. Having the procedure in the hospital instead of a surgery center or office might be best since anything needed is available in the hospital should there be a heart complication.

The anesthesiologist didn't desire to cancel your case. Although we have no detail of his / her specific concern, apparently there was something of significance. The VSD may be one of multiple factors which resulted in cancellation of your procedure.
It may be wise to ask your plastic surgeon exactly the nature of the anesthesiologist's concern....or perhaps discuss the problem directly with the anesthesiologist (E-mail is everywhere these days). Perhaps something was discovered which was missed by everyone else. Perhaps he / she was very conservative. Present this information to your cardiologist for reevaluation....it will also ensure that you are healthy. If there is good news, reschedule the procedure with your plastic surgeon.
I hope this problem is just a "bump in the road".
