Hi, I had my surgery 14 months ago. As you can see the scars are in a very bad spot plus I get soreness and pain in them frequently. They are red and causing me a lot of distress and depression. I did not leave on good terms with my surgeon and don't want her doing anything to them. What options could I possibly pursue to help the appearance and pain? The scars are also raised slightly especially on the ends.

Weight fluctuations can certainly impact the shape and size of the breasts, however sagging is natural, as long as it’s not causing you any discomfort or concern. If you are concerned, what issues would you like to address?
HelloThankYou for the question and so sorry to hear that you are in discomfort. It can be a simple muscle strain which will improve with anti inflammatory and cold compress but I advise you to have an ultrasound scan to check the position and integrity of implants, capsule formation and...
Yes, implants placed in front of the muscle have a higher chance of capsular contracture, but it still can be avoided in most cases. Please discuss any concerns you have with your surgeon.
