Answer: Sagging breasts From the submitted photos a lift would be recommended for you. This would downsize the areola and raise the position of the nipple. You could consider adding an implant if you are wanting more volume. You would not have a good result with augmentation alone. Answer: Breasts I would suggest a breast lift or even small reduction to raise the breasts and reshape. However, is you plan to have children, you might wait until you have had all the children you want, or risk having to repeat the lift.
