I’m 24 and my breast have been saggy for most of my post puberty life, I’ve had a few weight fluctuations so my boobs have changed size a few times, I’m curious what professionals would recommend regarding my boobs.
Answer: Sagging is natural Weight fluctuations can certainly impact the shape and size of the breasts, however sagging is natural, as long as it’s not causing you any discomfort or concern. If you are concerned, what issues would you like to address?

Answer: Sagging breasts From the submitted photos a lift would be recommended for you. This would downsize the areola and raise the position of the nipple. You could consider adding an implant if you are wanting more volume. You would not have a good result with augmentation alone. See a board certified plastic surgeon near you for a consultation to learn more.

Answer: Breast sagging Hi. You are a good candidate to have a breast lift. Your breasts will look more youthful and perky, but you will have scars on your breasts. Go for a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon so he/she can give you a good idea of what to expect. Best of luck!

Answer: Breast lift Dear Grace189, my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.
