I have always had a large frame and small breasts. I am age 45, done having kids, and would like to increase my small B breasts to a full C or even D size - whatever is going to look proportional, full, and sexy on my frame. I do want to maintain as much of a natural look as possible. What procedure / implants / considerations might be right for me?
