I have a hard lump on the left side of my nose 3 years post septorhinoplasty. Is this something that can be fixed in office with rasping or will it need a full revision?

Please consider reposting your question with photographs. I suspect that you are seeing droopiness, and this is not likely due to the skin on your nose. It is more likely to be due to droopy nasal tip cartilages two and a half years after your last revision. I wish you well moving forward....
