Unfortunately, I would advise against any rhinoplasty procedures being performed in the office with local anesthetic. Based on your two profile photos, I suspect that your nasal tip has drooped with time, 3 years after your surgery, and this may require tip reconstruction for a less droopy appearance. Additionally, it appears as though your nasal bridge could be lowered as well for a less distracting, and more feminine nasal appearance. I hope this helps! Sincerely, Dr Joseph
