From your submitted photos it appears you are a candidate for a scar revision. During this procedure the widened scar tissue is removed. The asymmetry that concerns you is influenced by one breast fold being higher than the other. Your surgeon can discuss options with you to address this.

Please repost your photos showing your whole chest and arms down by your sides. Have someone or something else hold the camera. Scars can be revised and sometimes raised. They do need to be in the breast fold.
