I had a mastopexy nearly three years ago and my results are extremely unsymmetrical. I’ve lived with the shame of this for three years as I felt extremely ashamed that I had paid so much money to get such awful results. I was also young at the time and felt to awkward to approach the surgeon as I had no follow up with him after they had healed to discuss the results. I wanted to know what surgery would be needed to produce a more symmetrical result?

Answer: Bellesoma Method The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained if not injured during your previous surgery. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: If you are satisfied with your right sided volume... If you are satisfied with your right sided volume, then I think that a mastopexy revision of the left side with tissue reduction would give you an acceptable outcome. I typically like to do bilateral revisionary surgery to maximize the result, and there is a small chance that I would do some subtle skin tightening on the right side concurrently to maximize the aesthetic outcome. But you need tissue reduction on the left in the form of a revision.
